Police Clearance Certificate for traffic convictions/Taxi License/ Passenger endorsement (For non-Indian Passport Holders) 

Foreign Passport holders may require a Police Clearance Certificate for Employment, Taxi License, Passenger endorsement etc. for their period of stay in India. 

Please supply the following documents: 

1. Completed and signed application form for Miscellaneous Consular Services.

2. Copy of Study/Work certificates etc., if applicable.

3. Payment Proof of Fee of NZ $ 45 (Click here for mode of payments)

4. Coloured copy of bio-pages of current Passport attested by Justice of Peace.

5. Applicants who held Indian Passport previously need to provide copy of Cancelled Passport or Surrender Certificate or OCI Card or PIO Card (any of these).

6. Photocopy of pages of Passport having Visa/Arrival/Departure/Immigration stamps.  The applicant needs to submit a list of their entry/exit into/from India to confirm length of their stay. Please download the following form and submit duly filled in and JP Attested along with application (Entry/Exit List Link)

7. Affidavit against Traffic convictions (Form) completed and duly attested by Justice of peace or notary.

8. Copy of current and valid NZ visa (for non-New Zealand passport holders).

9. Prepaid courier envelope addressed to Land transport authority to send the PCC. (Please keep the record of tracking number.)

10. In case of documents are to be returned by post - Self-addressed prepaid courier envelope to return your documents, please keep the record of the tracking number. Please provide separate envelope for multiple applications.
