FOR ALL THE PAYMENTS MADE BY BANK TRANSFER, KINDLY ENCLOSE A PAYMENT PROOF OF TRANSACTION ALONG WITH YOUR APPLICATION. 

DATE OF TRANSACTION, FEE AMOUNT, ACCOUNT NO. OF CONSULATE GENERAL OF INDIA, AUCKLAND, CODE, REFERENCE, PARTICULARS FIELDS SHOULD BE CLEARLY VISIBLE ON ANY SUCH PAYMENT PROOF ENCLOSED.

Cheques or Money Orders/Credit Cards are not accepted.

Fees once received will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the application is withdrawn by the applicant or services are not provided to the individual if his/her case does not qualify for that service.
