Certificate of Birth

Certificate of Birth is issued as per the entries recorded in the Indian Passport. Whether this certificate is sufficient for NZ immigration may be checked from the NZ authorities.

Proper Birth Certificate can be obtained only from the concerned Registrar of Births and Deaths in India.

Please supply the following documents:

• Completed and signed application form for Miscellaneous Consular Services.

• Payment Proof of Fee of NZ $ 45 (Click here for mode of payments.)

• Coloured copy of first & last pages of current Passport attested by Justice of Peace.

• Copy of current and valid NZ visa.

• Self-addressed prepaid courier envelope to return your certificate. (Please keep the record of tracking number). Please provide separate envelope for multiple applications.
