Open House  

OPEN HOUSE TO ADDRESS COMPLAINTS/GRIEVANCES RELATING TO  INDIAN PASSPORTS, PCC, VISA, OCI AND OTHER CONSULAR SERVICES 

Consulate General of India Auckland has been conducting Open House on first Saturday  of Each Month. Now, it has been decided that Consulate General of India Auckland will  conduct an ‘Open House’ at the CGI Auckland premises (Level 14, SAP Tower, 151  Queen Street Auckland 1010) every working Wednesday 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM starting  from 1 February 2026 to address all types of consular queries/grievances. For any  specific consular matters/grievances, it is also requested that an advance e-mail may be  sent to cons.auckland@mea.gov.in. If these happen to fall on a holiday, the Open House  will be held on the first working day thereafter. Complaints and grievances pertaining to  grant of visas, passports and/or OCI cards will be attended to in the ‘Open House’.  Applicants may come in person and bring all relevant documents including fee receipt, if  consular fee has been paid.
