Visit of Ministry of Steel Delegation led by Shri Sandeep Poundrik, Secretary

The Consulate General of India, Auckland, facilitated
productive meetings for the delegation led by Shri Sandeep Poundrik,
Secretary, Ministry of Steel, Government of India. The delegation met
New Talisman Gold Mines, Earthsciences NZ and National Green Steel,
and took part in an industry interaction in Hamilton facilitated by
Pragma Group with Longveld, Modern Transport, WECA, Wade Group and
others.
The discussions focused on synergies in mining and critical minerals,
green steel technologies, sustainable mining practices, and industrial
partnerships and supply chain linkages between India and New Zealand.
