Attestation of Company/Trade documents.

All Company documents which are duly notarized and then legalized (Apostilled) by The Department of Internal Affairs, Government of New Zealand. (For information please visit the link: DIA) are required to be submitted either in person or by courier along with following documents:

1. Completed and signed application form for Miscellaneous Consular Services

2. A request letter on company letterhead.

3. Passport copy of one of the Directors of the company. Payment Proof of Fee of NZ$ 86. Click here for mode of payments.

4. A self-addressed courier envelope for attestation and return of documents by the Consulate. Please provide separate envelope for multiple applications.
