The 39th edition of the Surajkund International Crafts Mela (Fair) 2026, is scheduled to be held from 31 January to 15 February 2026 at Surajkund situated in Faridabad, Haryana (India).
The crafts fair, which is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Tourism & Culture, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Textiles, Indian Council for Cultural Relations and the Government of Haryana, showcases the finest traditions of handicrafts, handlooms, culture and cuisine across India as well as other countries. Last year, more than 44 countries, with 635 foreign artists, participated in the 38th Surajkund International Crafts Mela-2025.
The Government of Haryana invites participation in the 39th Surajkund International Crafts Mela-2026 by cultural troupes (of around 10-15 members) and artisans/crafts persons who wish to showcase their heritage at the Surajkund Mela.
Facilities provided by the organisers: The Surajkund Mela Authority will provide free boarding, lodging and transportation from Delhi Airport to the Mela ground during the stay of cultural troupe/artisans/crafts persons at the Mela. It may, however, be mentioned here that incidental expenses including airfare, customs duty, other travel within India, goods insurance (for damage, theft, etc.) and any professional fee, if applicable shall not be provided by the Mela Authority.
